Tickets for Undergraduate Secondary Ceremonies • Tickets will be distributed on campus – Memorial Hall, April 23-26, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. – NO TICKETS AVAILABLE AFTER APRIL 26 – Two forms of photo identification are REQUIRED at time of pick-up – If you cannot pick up your tickets, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a copy of two forms of photo ID by April 18 to: University Events Shpeen Hall 40 N. FAQ Application for Graduation and Degree Conferral • DEADLINE: Jan. 31, $110 processing fee*, Office of the Registrar – Applications are not accepted beyond this deadline *Fees may be paid at the time of submission with a check, credit or debit card, or may be billed to your student account. Commencement Participation (Walking) form • DEADLINE: March 15, $10 processing fee*, Office of the Registrar – Course work completed by August 2012; student teaching completed in Fall 2012 – Application for Graduation and Degree Conferral must be submitted during student’s final semester www.rowan.edu/commencement

Teacher Education Certification deadline • Dr. Pat Alexy Stoll, Student Services Center, ext. 4765 – Tuesday, Feb. 2, fees vary – Visit: http://www.rowan.edu/colleges/education/ studentservices/certification/ Diplomas • Diplomas are mailed by the Office of the Registrar approximately eight weeks after the end of the semester. • Each student receives one complimentary final transcript along with his or her diploma. • A change in a student’s final academic honors may delay sending of the diploma. www.rowan.edu/commencement
