Ask These questions…. • “If I was a student in my class, would I find this class interesting, engaging and challenging?” • “Do I know the services, support programs and departments on my campus?” • “Can I identify my student’s need and connect them to the right support effort?” • “Do I provide positive and constructive feedback to my students, individually..?”

Ideas to implement • Redesign your classroom experience, no more recycling… • Expand your syllabus to include info on college services/support programs • Take attendance • Return assignments/test scores back, and provide feedback opportunities • Imbed ‘mandatory’ experiences into your class assignments to support skill development
