New Upgrade • Beijing-Ulan Bator • Upgraded from 75Baud ASYNC circuit to 14.4kbps IP link in February 2005. • Beijing-Moscow • Upgraded from X.25 to IP over FR in April, 2005. • Beijing-New Delhi • Upgraded from X.25 to IP over FR in December, 2005. • Beijing-Tokyo • Beijing’s incoming PVC being upgraded from 48kbps to 96kbps for receiving satellite data from Tokyo ISS/ICM-MTN & ET-OI , Geneva, 16-19May 2006
