This includes the reputation of the organization, staff representation, product benefits, and technological characteristics as compared to competitors' market offerings and prices. Value can thus be defined as the relationship of a organization’s market offerings to those of its competitors.

Healthy Church Group Pastor Coaching • Purpose: • To coach pastors in the development of strategic envisioning skills which will enable them to lead their congregations to become and/or remain a healthy, reproducing church. • Format: • Association will strategically enlist pastors in network affinity groups. • CSBC will provide a trained coach who will meet once a month for five months with a pastor network.
