  6. PAYROLL MANAGEMENT • Our Services:- • Complete maintenance of employees database. ( Array A-Z ) • Maintenance of various register related to leaves, bonus, gratuity, salaries, LIC, Loans etc. • Monthly Processing of Salaries to generate Salary Statements, Wage Sheets, Salary slips and Bank transfers of salary of employees. • Taking care of taxation of employees, giving details regarding Tax deductions, preparing monthly TDS Challans, quarterly e-TDS returns, Form 16 to employees. • Taking care of various PF, ESIC related registers, preparation of monthly challans, timely returns as per the requirements. • Filing and submission of forms, returns to various statutory bodies like PF, ESIC etc. • To take care of expense reimbursement as defined by Companies. • To take care of Full and Final Settlements of employees. • Helping client to formulate Salary packages as per Company's Policy.

Our Duties & responsibilities • Immediate Replacement of Employees to enable the client for maximum productivity. • If any employee of company is found to be unsatisfactory in his work we shall replace him immediately on being required by the company to do so. • Area Manager / Supervisor onsite visit to analyze your processes and to help you identify and implement improvements.  • Also our personnel will collect the statutory records from the site to update all the statutory compliance required from time to time. • Our company will ensure that our employees employed at your site are physically fit to carry on the work & are not suffering from any chronic or contagious disease. • If we will provide the Candidate, we will verify the candidates family background, reference / recommendation from known person etc. • If required by the Company, we will arrange to provide NOC from Dy. Commissioner of Police Special Branch (I) CID, Mumbai before employment. The N O C consist of their personal certifies particulars which was duly verified / certified by office of the Dy. Commissioner of Special Branch C I D.
