  3. Planning Process Identify Concerns: We chose to look into the field of entrepreneurship. We always wanted to be a business owners and we love to bake in our spare time, so opening a small bakery that sells baked goods, would be a good start. We need to identify the costs associated with opening a bakery, versus having a bakery stand at local school games. Set a Goal:  Our goal for this project is to learn about owning our own bakery business. All research will be completed by February 2014

  4. Planning Process Form a Plan: WHO: Discuss our specific goals with each other, and formulate a list of goals WHAT: Research information about starting our own bakery. Start a booth to sell baked goods at basketball games WHEN: We are preparing and selling baked good throughout the basketball season of December and January. Then try and grow the business to sell all year round. WHERE: We will be selling the baked goods at 3 of our basketball home games and other events going on at halfway. Then selling at our own shop. COST: The supplies we need to make the baked goods, and then to lease/rent our own shop. RESOURCES: We will talk to a local restaurant owner. Our FACS teacher will also help us and give us advice for our business. EVALUATE: We will evaluate the different kind of baked goods people like and how to successfully run our own business.
