Level of Detail: Simplest model possible with accurate connection locations. Include Housekeeping Pads and Clearance Zones Keeping in ‘sync’: Copy/Monitor Datum Information. Create Room Tags or Use Space Naming Utility (<2011)

Submittals Best Practices Prepping your Model: Detach from Central Purge any unused elements Remove details Remove working views Remove sheets Save Snapshot to FTP/ Buzzsaw/Vault Create DWFx submission Set Export Navis Views (NWC) : Use External tool from Add-in (<2013) Use Option "SHARED COORDINATES" Current View - Better Coordination in Navis. Clash Detective can isolate areas better. Include Properties/Parameters Do not include links
