Changes in Selecta/Venturini Group ownership • Carlo Venturini, Venturini Group president and major shareholder, sold his control share of the industrial companies of his Group to the Private Equity Fund 'i2 Capital Partners'. • Main companies involved have been: Selecta spa and Venturini DMC spa, with the sub-controlled Ira, IraWeb, Unitec • International activities (Venturini Polska in Poland, Outputcenter in Slovakia) have been part of the deal • 'I2 Capital Partners' is a Private Equity enterprise controlled by "i2 Capital Spa", an investment Fund participated by Intek and Intesa San Paolo Bank. • The Investment Fund disposes of a capital of 200 millions euro to buy control shares. Its main characteristic is to perform operations sometimes different from the traditional 'buyouts‘, participating in quoted companies, investing in stock packages, funds shares in secondary buyout, companies break up. • The management has been confirmed.
