Q-EPEA, ENTIDADES PÚBLICAS POR LA EXCELENCIA • 2002 Inicio de actividades con 6 entidades • 2007 15 organizaciones • MISION: • Q-EPEA está constituido por un grupo de entidades públicas del País Vasco comprometidas con la búsqueda de la excelencia en la gestión con un doble objetivo: • Avanzar en la mejora de la gestión de nuestras organizaciones a través del aprendizaje compartido. • Promover la cultura de la calidad en el sector público vasco.

REQUISITOS DE ENTRADA EN Q-EPEA • Q-EPEA, grupo abierto, pero a la vez riguroso en cuanto a quiénes lo integran • Disponer de un diagnóstico de sus áreas de mejora y Plan de Acción • Haber puesto en marcha acciones que muestren el compromiso con la excelencia de la organización: • Encuestas de satisfacción de personas y de clientes • Autoevaluación con el modelo EFQM • Formación del equipo directivo sobre el Modelo EFQM • Participación en el Club de evaluadores de EUSKALIT • Mapa de procesos y documentación de los mismos, etc.) • Solicitud firmada por el máximo responsable de la organización • Aportación económica igualitaria y proporcional

ACTIVIDADES Q-EPEA • 4-5 REUNIONES/AÑO • INTERCAMBIO DE BUENAS PRACTICAS, DOCUMENTOS • Y METODOLOGÍAS DE TRABAJO • INVITACION A EXPERTOS EXTERNOS • ORGANIZACIÓN ACTOS SEMANA EUROPEA DE LA CALIDAD • BATERIA INDICADORES ENTIDADES PUBLICAS • ORGANIZACIÓN I CONGRESO EXCELENCIA EN LA GESTION EN LAS ADMINISTRACIONES PÚBLICAS 2006 Y II CONGRESO EN MAYO DE 2008

RECONOCIMIENTOS SECTOR PÚBLICO EN EUROPA 30 PREMIOS EFQM SECTOR PÚBLICO DESDE 1998 EN EUROPA PAÍS VASCO 40% DE LOS RECONOCIMIENTOS DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO EN TODA EUROPA DE LOS 12 RECONOCIMIENTOS: 6 EDUCACIÓN, 4 ORGANIZACIONES NO LUCRATIVAS Y 2 SANITARIAS SIN EMBARGO, AÚN NO HAY RECONOCIMIENTOS EUROPEOS DE ADMINISTRACIÓN “PURA”
