    3. Definition Unter Lernen werden Prozesse verstanden, durch die ein Individuum Wissen, Fähigkeiten, Fertigkeiten oder Einstellungen neu erwirbt oder bereits bestehende verändert.

Skinner ? operantes Konditionieren • positive Verstärkung = unmittelbare angenehme Konsequenz auf ein Verhalten • primäre Verstärker = Befriedigung von Trieben/Bedürfnissen wie Hunger • sekundäre Verstärker = Befriedigung sozialer Bedürfnisse wie Lob • negative Verstärker erhöhen die Verhaltensweise, indem ein unangenehmer Zustand oder Reiz beendet wird
