Science Edification Arts: The Ultimate Frontiers to Eradicate Economic Sanctions Prof. Dr. Akbar Nikkhah Highly Distinguished Professor, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Zanjan Zanjan 313-45195 Iran E-mail: anikkha@yahoo.com, nikkhah@znu.ac.ir
OUTLINE • INTRODUCTION • STE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES: ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVES • ECONOMY-BASED PRINCIPLES OF STE • ES-ERADICATING FRONTIERS OF STE • THE ARTS OF STE • CONCLUSION
INTRODUCTION • Policy-making in science edification: key to timely human advancements (Nikkhah, 2011a,b). • Shifting away the economy balance from private consumer goods to edification & scientific research (Weinberg, 2011, Nikkhah, 2012) • Elite-generating ES-eradicating edificational obligations as final frontiers to establish peace & prosperity • Science educators must be presciently educated to become cognizant of state-of-the-art elite mentorship philosophies (Nikkhah, 2013).
OBJECTIVE AND METHOD • To systematically design and policy-make elite science and technology edification (STE) pathways that will usher and establish ES-eradicating strategies
STE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES: ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVES • Major concern: how effectively edificate human for efficient ST use of the nature • Governors, administrators and educators require continual edification for ongoing eradication of ES • Governments increasingly responsible in fostering ‘educator edification’ initiatives to strengthen STE
ECONOMY-BASED PRINCIPLES OF STE • ES-eradicating STE requires thought-exchange and networking among governors-administrators with selected diverse science educators and leaders • Optimized policy-making in STE everlastingly triumphant in overcoming ES restricting economy in a multi-direction manner (Nikkhah, 2013).
ES-ERADICATING FRONTIERS OF STE • Science must be morally mentored rather than typically taught • ‘Moral mentorship = art’ while ‘schooling = defined task’ • ‘Schooling = complicates science’ while ‘mentoring = simplifies life’ • Science educators must gain & communicate merits in persuading professional confrontational & provoking opinion exchange between mentees and mentors
ARTS OF STE: FOUNDATIONS OF ES-ERADICATION • Brain systems communicate with arts: deciding future choices of life (Berns et al., 2009; Berns and Moore, 2011; Nikkhah, 2012a,b). • Science educators must be capable to perceive, perform, and enhance arts • What distinguishes ES-eradicating STE = involvement with arts • Ease and pleasure in mentoring science is granted with multiple-science mentoring
CONCLUSIONS • STE gains merit from moral commitments • Artistic STE is how education enduringly empowers economy (times of sanctions) • STE mentorship arts equipped with moral edificational obligations establish innovative profitable entrepreneurship • Quality STE persistently eradicates economic sanctions for ongoing prosperity and peace
