  2. DynaWealth was founded by its current Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rizaldy A. Cueto in April 18, 2009 as a sole proprietorship involved in selling motor vehicles and non-life insurances . It was incorporated and registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in June 4, 2010. Since its founding, DynaWealth has been serving thousands of customers from the provinces of Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Bulacan from Central Luzon, Philippines
