The CEPA Foundation • CEPA is a nonprofit charitable corporation exempt from federal and state income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code and California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 23701d. CEPA IRS identification number is 95-4608252. • Goal is to support established and new scholastic and collegiate polo training programs in Southern California, and to promote spirit of competition, sportsmanship and friendship among our young players. • Mission of support is primarily derived from a close relationships with Southern California polo community, and from donations and contributions of polo ponies, tack, equipment,high quality instruction and materials, horse transportation and money.
