Full-time Quick Facts • 84% of reporting students had firm plans at graduation • 711 different employers recruited S&T students (501 in 09-10) • Employers were from 43 states and 2 international locations • 3,526 on-campus interviews were conducted • 466 different employers conducted on-campus interviews or posted a job • Employer may have been recruiting for multiple positions, but only counted once • Top hiring full-time states were MO, TX, KS, IL, AR (in order) • 42% of the graduating class remained in MO • Full-time student salaries: • Undergraduate average starting salary $59,550 • Graduate average starting salary $64,882 • Undergraduate 5-year average starting salary $54,074 • Graduate 5-year average starting salary $62,465 • Employers utilize COER three times per semester!
