Access Control • Purpose • To provide right information for right people in the right time • Role-based Access Control, RBAC • User, Group, Right • Future Work: Single Sign-On (SSO) • Users can shorten the time of register and avoid managing too many accounts • System manager can shorten the time of account management

Record Management • Purpose: To protect data • Auto Record Main Items • Recording the people that change the records. • Recording the changed records • Recording the actions include addition, deletion and modification • Recording the date and time of changed records • Providing the suitable searching interface • To retrieve related logs of changed records which manager want to know • Performance review for related people
