  1. Chest Pass across the lane X X X X Pass across the lane for 1 min, count 1 for each pass. If the ball is dropped, the pass still counts; continue passing from point at which ball was dropped. X X X X Layups X X X X Layups from right side followed by left side. Count total layups made. Be sure to dribble in and shoot in a continuous motion. Some girls made need to go twice if teams have uneven number of players. X X X X Short Shots (Bank shot from the block) X X X X Bank shots from the block, right side then left side. Count total shots made. Some girls made need to go twice if teams have uneven number of players. X X X X Dribble Relay (dribble around coach and hand off to next player) Dribble down with right hand, back with left. HAND OFF ball to next player, then sit down.
