What kind of birds? blue - (adjective) How many birds? several - (adjective) ADVERBS modify VERBS….Adverbs answer the questions: How? Where? When? Example: Joseph ran quickly upstairs. Ran where? upstairs (adverb) Ran how? quickly (adverb) dentist editor artist hostess actress swimmer seller tutor tourist organist lioness shipper chemist investor conductor announcer pharmacist journalist commuter pianist Write words 5x each for 5bonus points. Students are giventime in class during morning work to write words.  We will be reviewing all skills and working on comprehension strategies. Students will also be given extra AR time to help them reach their AR goals. They are working towards classroom reward parties, Bay Bear incentives, and end-of-the year field trip! We want all students to earn these prizes!! It will be so sad to leave them behind, so…..EARN THOSE POINTS!! Spelling Adjectives Review Skills Language Adverbs Reading MCT2 Practice Skills Water Cycle Review week: Continue practicing multiplication facts. Your child should know them before entering 4th grade! This is such an important skill in life!  Please help your child if they are struggling. Last test will be given on Tuesday, March 26th for the reward party! Reward ice cream party on March 28th! Math Science
