(Real Demographic Shift In The Workforce) Nearly One Quarter of All U.S. Manufacturing Workers are 55 Years or Older. The Oldest Baby Boomers Turned 65 on January 1st 2011. Everyday until January 1st 2023 10,000 more will turn 65 years old!
