INFORME DE USUARIOS EN CORTE • Se han visitado el 63% de los usuarios en corte y de estos se ha encontrado el 20% con energía a los cuales se les ha cortado el servicio en varias oportunidades. • Del total de predios visitados el 68% ya no existe o efectivamente están sin energía. • El 12% de los predios visitados se encontraron legalizados con otro código

  11. INFORME DE MACROMEDIDORES • Existe una cobertura de 94% en macromedición. • Existen 7100 macromedidores instalados en el sistema. De ellos 2942 son urbanos y 4158 son rurales • Con el 74% se pueden realizar balances confiables. • Con el restante 26% existen dificultades tales como: • Vidrio opaco, medidor alto, predio cerrado, obstáculos para ingreso al predio, señales de tensión desconectadas, medidor frenado, mala ubicación dentro de la caja, tapa pintada, observaciones de lectura, manipulación del macromedidor por parte de usuarios, asociación usuario-transformador • Sobre cada uno de ellos se están ejecutando acciones 11
