GRANDReImagine: 18 Outcomes • Access to preschool for 100% of our region’s three and four year old children. • Family Navigators available to 100% of our pre-school families. • All of our elementary schools ready for 100% of their entering kindergarten students by 2010-11 school year (with transition teams in place). • Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for all PreK-12 children. • Annual growth and necessary catch-up growth for all students • Successful implementation of an elementary-grades World Languages and global learning connections program for our area’s schools.

GRANDReImagine: 18 Outcomes • Successful implementation of a Middle Years IB Programme pilot (2009-2010) and implementation of Middle School IB programs throughout the region. • 100% of all students will engage in relevant and effective community based learning activities. • Successful initiation of a 1:1 personal electronic learning device program for all 6-12th grade students by 2011-2012. • Region-wide access to all programs for all students (Grand Opportunity) • A redesigned 11th and 12th grade high school year • Successful implementation of a TBAISD Regional High School IB Diploma Programme.

GRANDReImagine: 18 Outcomes • Full operation of the Grand iLEARN Network. • Full implementation of our Grand Promise that guarantees college & career readiness for all graduates. • Successful professional development for 100% of our region’s educators to prepare them to teach 21st Century skills, including blended instruction, to all students. • Adoption of a World Class Teacher Compensation Structure (work on this outcome is holding pending state and federal legislation). • Significantly more efficient, effective, and collaborative administrative system to deliver our K-12 programs. • Full community-wide endorsement and participation of a TBAISD Grand Learning Compact.

Early Childhood Collaborative Opportunities • Each Early Years grant recipient will participate in a year-long cohort learning process with each grant recipient that will include technical assistance and professional development support from ECIC • Opportunity to work with Head Start, Great Start Readiness Program, ECIC and Great Start Collaborative, Regional Resource Centers, and LEAs
