What Works: • Aesthetic space: • Design of room – office layout • Room décor – Aboriginal art and artefacts • Morning tea and lunch provided and shared in the room • Coffee/tea available ongoing • Space/time for pre-lesson yarning. Teacher, students & support staff have a cuppa, something to eat and share stories. Building relationships

It enhanced opportunities and potential outcomes for all participants so that all could contribute to a wider national skills base and a shared contribution to Australia’s economic development of social and cultural life.
