Introduction • Requirement • Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF) in Rota, Spain • Comprised of four (4) DDG-51 class guided missile destroyers • Two destroyers will arrive in FY 2014, two in FY 2015 • Require maintenance and repair to sustain operations • Contracting Office • U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) • Requiring Activity (Technical) • U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA)

Agenda • 0900 – 0930 Registration & Check-in • 0930 – 0945 Introduction & Opening Remarks • 0945– 1000 Depart from Hotel Duque to Naval Station Rota (Bus transportation provided) • 1000 – 1130 Conduct site visit • 1130 – 1200 Return to Hotel Duque • 1200 – 1245 Technical Requirement Presentation and Vendor Question Submission • 1300 – 1330 Solicitation Overview Presentation • 1330 – 1400 Vendor Question Submission • 1400 – 1430 Provide Answers to Vendor Questions and Closing Remarks

  5. Site Visit Rules • Attendees to this site visit have been asked to sign in. Those sign-in sheets will be provided to all attendees and posted publicly on NECO and FedBizOpps. • To ensure that all attendees receive the same information, please direct all questions regarding the solicitation to the contracting officer or to the contract specialist. Please do not engage other government personnel regarding solicitation requirements. • The Navy will entertain questions after the site visit. Answers to the questions will also be posted publicly to NECO and FedBizOpps. • The Navy will also provide a record of the site visit and post it publicly to NECO and FedBizOpps. • Navy Disclaimer: • Any remarks, explanations, discussions made throughout the site visit/conference do not qualify the terms of the solicitation. • Terms of the solicitation will only be changed by amendment to the solicitation.
