How Do I Get A Contract To Build New Housing For HUD? • HUD DOES NOT BUILD HOUSING! • Grants for construction of elderly housing and housing for people with disabilities. • Provides funding to local and State governments for economic development programs. • Public housing agencies receive funds from HUD to create and maintain assisted.
How Do I Become An Inspector? Uniform Physical Conditions Standard (UPCS) Certified • Do you qualify? • Performed at least 250 ‘property’ inspections ‘personally’. • Must possess computer skills • Complete Candidate Assessment Questionnaire & email to: inspectorassessmentform@hud.gov • Get approved by PIH-REAC • Register & Complete Phases of Inspector Certification Training
How Do I Become A HUD Approved Appraiser? • Do you qualify? • Be a state-certified appraiser. • Not be listed on GSA's Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), HUD's Limited Denial of Participation (LDP) list, or HUD's Credit Alert System (CAIVRS). • Submit Application Online. • Complete FHA Roster Application online.
