Prop-50 version 5 • Detail added to section 4 to provide additional safeguards against potential abuse of transfers, based on community input on the mailing list Record all transfers in a public record Prior to APNIC unallocated pool exhaustion: • eligibility criteria for transfers • further assignments under exceptional circumstances only, with reporting of activity

Prop-50 version 5 This version of the proposal appears to represent the general consensus of the participants on the APNIC Policy SIG mailing list We have added safeguards to address EC’s noted concerns Thank you to all those who contributed their views and suggestions – we trust that this proposal now reflects the general intent of the community
