  4. The Three Main Products • Calcined delayed sponge coke used primarily by aluminum producers for anode manufacture • Calcined delayed coke for titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment manufacture • Calcined fluid coke used as a packing material in anode baking furnaces

  5. Product Cycle • Rain CII carbon uses a 7 step process to convert Green Coke into Aluminum • Step 1: Raw Material Production • Step 2: Green Coke Storage and Blending

  6. Product Cycle • Step 3: Process Control • Step 4: Calcining CACINING KILN • Step 5: Calcined Coke Storage • Step 6: Calcined Coke Blending and Shipping
