Software you need to know • Blogging platforms (Wordpress, Moveable Type, • Video editing (Final Cut, Premiere, iMovie, etc.) • Photoshop
Your best video will be… • Clear of any audio-visual distractions • Well lit • Include any relevant images and b-roll
Your social media experience should be social • Follow relevant and interesting personalities on your beat of coverage • Address readers through the channels in which they prefer, including but not limited to Facebook • Be open to new social sites and tools (i.e. Google+)
