  3. Hillsdale - Preparing Your Users • Met with Faculty chairs and core team. • Opened the portal up before “Go Live” • Postcards passed out at registration • Student attrition helped

Hillsdale - Easy Wins • SSO to e-mail, WebAdvisor, and UI are attention grabbers! • Configure search for all your websites, not only the Portal • Convert “All Campus” messages to portal announcements or events (less e-mail=good) • Other Examples: • Employee Newsletter Archive • Buy/sell/trade (other exchange public folders)

  5. Hillsdale - Changes since go-live • Single Constituency vs. Primary Constituency. • Use of Audiences instead of Constituency. • We are now live on Microsoft 365 mail.
