Updated Focus • Develop a gap analysis to identify issues relating to compliance with Federal telework mandates and the telework policy/processes at the Bureau of Reclamation Lower Colorado Region.
Why perform this evaluation? • To identify areas for improvement and/or change in the current program, that brings it into compliance with Federal mandates. • Lower Colorado Bureau of Reclamation management will use the analysis to understand what areas of their program do and do not comply with Federal mandates.
Determining the level of telework participation answers questions • Who is eligible to participate in the telework program • Who is participating in the telework program at the minimum threshhold • What administrative controls are necessary to ensure adequate measurement of telework participation in the future
