RECLAMATION Managing Water in the West POWER RAX PROJECTS • MT ELBERT POWERPLANT REHABILITATION • CONTINUING WITH CONTRACTS FOR REDUCED SCOPE • 230kV Cable Testing – 2019, Hazardous • Shaft Seals – In Contracting • Crane – 2020 • CONTINUING WITH DESIGNS / SPECS • Protection Relay/Annunciator Replacement – 2020 • FACILITY RATINGS REVIEW – revealed issues with the withstand capabilities on the existing SFC breakers. • SFC BREAKER REPLACEMENT • RUNNER INSPECTION – revealed runner on unit 2 to be degrading

RECLAMATION Managing Water in the West • CANYON FERRY PLANT REHAB • PLANT ASSESSMENT WITH TVA ASSISTANCE – Phase I complete • ASSESSMENT REPORT IN SEPTEMBER – Decisions on Recommendations completed • PHASE II TVA INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT – Initiated May 2018 • PHASE II DECISION ASSESSMENT – Nearly Complete • FINALIZED SCOPE, COST ESTIMATE, and SCHEDULE – On track to be complete by the end of the CY-18.
