BRAC Directives • Condemnation / purchase of property or property rights in APZ 1 areas around Oceana Naval Air Station and expend no less than $15 million per year • Implementation of the Joint Land Use Study
BRAC Directives • Evaluate undeveloped properties for rezoning classifications in noise zone 70 dB DNL or greater that would be compatible zoning under AICUZ guidelines
