A project by Katie Thomson, Project Facilitator, and Robb McNaught, IT Developer, to digitize the patient journey at Stobhill Hospital, part of NHS GG Strategy, enhancing TIA/Stroke Clinic outcomes with real-time data capture and integrating with various systems.
