Why Jobs was transformational? • Possesses the 4 I’s of transformational leadership that include: • Idealized influence- employees identified with Jobs and pulled in the same direction as him • Inspirational motivation- followers were inspired by Steve’s ability and innovation which allowed them to see the vision • Intellectual inspiration- Steve Jobs made his goals clear and was very uplifting towards those in the company • Individualized consideration- Jobs built his employees up and truly cared for their individual success
