  1. R-Supply Training (Viking / Viking P1 / Patriot Release) for Divisional RPPO ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ File Query From Start to Finish….

  2. The following groups of R-Supply File Query Screen shots captures the two file query categories that most likely you (the RPPO) will be granted access to: The two File Query categories are: (1) Requisitions (Stock/DTO) (2) Stock (Stock Items)

  3. The following series of ‘R-Supply Screen Shots’ are examples of performing ‘Requisition’ query.

  4. Select “Qry” subsystem on the menu to start. Note:If your R-Supply Access is ‘RPPO’, you will not see the “Site”, “Inv” and “Fin” Subsystems. None of the functions under these subsystems are granted to RPPOs. If any of the Subsystems listed above displays on the menu selection, call or inform the R-Supply FAS for confirmation.

  5. Click to display search screen. Note: If your access level to R-Supply is ‘RPPO’, you may not see some item on the menu. R-Supply FAS will decide which items on the menu are granted to you (the RPPO).

  6. Select the ‘Search’ criteria Enter the target document number or specified ‘Search’ criteria. Click “OK” button to continue.

  7. This is an example of ‘Requisition’ that do not have supply status posted on it.

  8. Select ‘Status’ tab to display the status subrecords. This is an example of ‘Requisition’ having supply status posted on it.

  9. Last ‘holding’ Activity or last known supply source Status Code short description. Supply status Code will display here. (Refer to NAVSUP P-409 for detailed status code definitions.)

  10. Any questions, please call or see a ‘Logistics Specialist’ onboard.

  14. Click ‘OK’ button to continue. Select the ‘Stores Type’ Enter the target NIIN to be queried.

  15. Select this tab to display ‘Limited Stock Item’ data Display window for the ‘Stock Item’ data.

  16. Select this tab to display part number data. Display window for the ‘Limited Stock Item’ data.

  17. Select this tab to display substitute data. Display window for the ‘Part Number’ data.

  18. Select this tab to display Deleted/Superseded data. Display window for the ‘Substitute’ data.

  19. Select this tab to display Stock/DTO dues. Display window for the ‘Deleted/Superseded NIIN’ data.

  20. Select this tab to display DTO dues. Display window for the ‘Stock/DTO Dues’ data.

  21. Select this tab to display Demand data. Display window for the ‘DTO’ documents.

  22. Select this tab to display APL data. Display window for the ‘Demand’ data.

  23. Select this tab to display Repairable Item data. Display window for the ‘APL Number’ data.

  24. Select this tab to display Support Package data. Display window for the ‘Repairable Item Codes’ data.

  25. Display window for the ‘Support Packages’ data.

  26. You have seen all the available options for ‘Stock Item’ query. However, it all depends your access level. You might not have access to some of the ‘Options’.
