  3. Strengths Location: Great location (Centre of Madrid, close to everything. Walking distance to all attractions, tones of restaurants and shops nearby.) Staff: great staff (The staff was friendly, polite, welcoming and efficient. They have excellent service.)

  4. Strengths • Rooms: The rooms are large and updated, very clean, comfortable, spacious bathroom, renovated, furnished with contemporary european minimalist style. The hotel gives a free upgrade to the premium rooms.

  5. Strengths • Food: delicious, high quality and big variety of daily food. • Prices: Half discount deals on their website for advance prepaid booking. • Services: Great lobby, great hotel! Public computers with printers. Free Wi-Fi in rooms.

  6. Weakness • There is a club on the side street which is open very late and stay open until early the morning. • Rooms have only standard showers. • Misleading photos and informationson their website. • Bad sound proof. • No food service available after 23:30. • Most rooms don’t have windows, all windows are looking out in to another guest window. • Rooms near the lift make complaints about the noise.

Solutions • Give rooms first to the side that is far from the side street where the club is • Place bathrooms in every room • Realistic photos and information on their website • Fix sound proof of the rooms • Food service should be available the hole night • The rooms near the lift should be sold last or shouldn’t rent.
