BAL-002-2 • Clarifies that a responsible entity is not subject to returning its reporting ACE to the recovery state if: • It is experiencing an EEA • A Balancing Contingency Event exceeds its MSSC • Fourth Ballot – closes October 2 Current NERC Projects Western Electricity Coordinating Council

WECC-0101 Generator Validation Policy Conversion • Proposes to incorporate elements from the WECC Generator Testing and Validation Policy into mandatory standards as a WECC Regional Variance • Lowers the threshold for testing from 75 MW to 20 MW • Requires validation every five years rather than every ten years Current WECC Projects Western Electricity Coordinating Council
