Shipping Hazardous Waste Records The most important thing is to keep track of who transports your waste and where it goes. Cradle to the Grave RCRA Subtitle C, establishes a system for tracking the progress of hazardous wastes from their point of generation, their transport, and their treatment and/or disposal.
