Hog Farming and Odor Issues • A big issue with hog farming is odor! There are many ways this problem can be solved so hog farms do not affect people or businesses in negative ways. Presented by: Michael Rosato
- Main Ideas - To help minimize the odor of the hog waste us farmers can use chemicals. In Oklahoma and Texas They have been using a product called Bio-Zyme. I myself use this product to hide odor. This product consists of aerobic microbes, soap and neutralizer. Another way odor can be an issue is if our neighbors have an event planed out. So we always encourage our neighbors to come talk to us so we can try and work out a solution.

Hogs can be farmed without having odor issues and without destroying the environment. We the Local Hog Farmers are in support of a hog farm in the Seneca Lake area.
