Sales Conditions • Order process conditions • Availability of HRS/Reference3D data • Mandatory French Authority approval • For HRS products, we have to get the approval for area, application and end user • Each proposal includes: This proposal being subject to preliminary written approval by the French Governmental Authorities, the information provided is only indicative at this stage and cannot, under any circumstance, be considered as a firm commitment on our behalf. It is to be considered as a work document which will be confirmed upon receipt of the official approval of the French Authorities. • Definition of AOI • Products are tailored to customers’ AOI. Geographic coordinates or vector format (shape files, mif/mid…) must beprovided by the customer. • For corridor-type coverage (i.e. rivers, roads, railway lines or pipelines) a minimum strip of 10 km each side of the corridor is required • Fixed prices (without discount) for SPOT DEM Precision and SPOT DEM under 3000 sq km
