  2. Chino is a 38 years old japanese artist graduated from economics at Hosei University, Tokyo. She lived at Art Pace, San Antonio, Texas in 2006,now she lives in Tokyo and works in KaiKai Kiki (Murakami`s worshop) Aoshima’s work always include surreal scenes and dreamscapes, ghosts, demons, distorted nature and young women. Chino uses computer software to create her scenes that can be printed from a canvas on a bag or giant paper or plastic installations. Chino Aoshima

  3. Conection with Takashi Murakami The technique used by this artists ( in this case) is the same. They use software to express the whole new vision of Japan. Visual language elements: its clear that both artists use lots of shapes that may look in disorder but that crate a shape. Both use the contrast of the colors to bring life to their work. Circles and lines are a key element in this pieces.

  4. Concept: this might be their most common characteristic; both of the artists through the technique and V.L.E., express all the “ Japanese-ness” combined whit some of the western culture. Giving us a new vision of the link between East and West. Making a revolution in the work of art. Conection with Takashi Murakami

  5. Aoshima`s work is similar to some other artists we had studied among the year This Easter artists express their culture in their art pieces. Some decide to take elements from the west to create something new, something that will make a change in art. Some other rather show how they see their world an how they see western culture as something very different. I think that making art is to express feelings, thoughts and opinion, and it is what this artist do, but each one in their way and look., whit thair own technique and use of visual language elements.
