  15. Lose the blinders

  16. Don’t shoot the messenger

  17. Got it! Now what?

  18. Apply your library skills to the real needs of your community

  19. So what are some the things people are saying?

  21. Dynamic outreach

  22. “If it’s not mobile, it’s not going anywhere!”
