PATIENT MONITORING ON HIGH-DOSE ANTIPSYCOTIC MEDICATION • Standard operating procedure for inpatients • REQUIRES CONSULTANT DECISION • Cardiac Hx, LFTs, U&Es, Weight, Baseline ECG • TPR + BP daily for 1st week, then weekly for 1st month • ECG after one month • ECG, Hepatic and Renal Function after 3 months • REVIEW OUTCOME AFTER 3 MONTHS
