Operations - Finance • Rex Jones - the budgeting, planning and reporting • Spend authority - Rex, Paul, Regional chairs • Peter Scardoni- Membership activities across ATEM, plus invoicing. • Sharon Coker – day to day financial transactions. • Neil Voyce – Assistant Treasurer NZ

Aotearoa EO Terry Fulljames • Position coordinates operations in Aotearoa Region. • Acts in the absence of the Executive Director • Has additional roles to those held by REO
