MIS development schedule • Agreement on developing the MIS signed on 11/05/2007 • Detailed Requirement specification was elaborated until 22/08/2007 • System was implemented in production on 01/02/2008 • MIS connection mechanism with Responsible and Cooperation bodies' information systems was elaborated until 14/07/2008 3

MIS functionality • Central system for monitoring EU funds and project financial progress; • One system for 2004-2006 / 2007-2013 SF & CF data • Manual data input and electronic data transfer from local information systems; • Electronic data transfer from Budget information system; • Electronic data transfer to EC information system. 5
