Prophet, Priest, & KingPast, Present & Future King Kingdom Of Grace – the Church Spiritual rule exercised in spiritual realm Established in hearts & lives of believers Christ is head of the church – Eph. 1:22 We are Christ’s body – 1 Cor. 12:27 Christ rule based on redemptive work Referred to as “Kingdom of God” – Rom. 14:17

Prophet, Priest, & KingPast, Present & Future King Kingdom Of Grace – the Church This is a conquering kingdom – Mt. 12:28 It’s advance is not tied to this world – Jn. 18:36 Wicked will not inherit this kingdom – Gal. 5:21 This kingdom is glorious - 1 Thess. 2:12 This kingdom has no end – 2 Pet. 1:11

  4. Prophet, Priest, & KingPast, Present & Future King Kingdom of Power – creation Ruler of His creation – Col. 1:16,17 Orders the affairs of nations – Is. 40:17 He is in control of our lives and destinies – Acts 14:15-17 ; 17:24-27 He does whatever pleases Him – Ps. 115:3

  5. Prophet, Priest, & KingPast, Present & Future King Results of Christ being King Understanding that all of History is serving the purpose of the redemption of God’s people – Eph. 1:11 This Kingly rule of Christ gives us comfort in the midst of this troubled world and the signs of the end times

  6. Prophet, Priest, & KingPast, Present & Future Application We live in the midst of troubled times and apparent chaos. But we know who is in control and ruling over us. If you know Him, then take comfort in His providence. If you do not know that comfort, today can be the day of your salvation!
