What’s Next ? • We will focus on the following topics during our future work sessions. • Session One – What goes into an SGO ( selecting a group, assessments, baseline data, and academic goals). • Session Two – Advice for writing library SGO’s and practice creating a manageable SGO for the library. • Session Three and Four – Keeping current (creating a new evaluation for librarians, updating our job description, revising the research rubric and developing other rubrics to be used for baseline data).
Library Power • Our libraries are diverse • Our students vary in ages • Our circumstances may not be the best But everyday we instill a love of reading in the students, staff, and community, while providing students with the 21st century skills neeed to be lifelong learners in our complex world.
