Megasoft Solutions I Pvt Ltd . is a firm of professionals providing professional services to Foreign Airlines, Multinational Companies, Foreign Companies, Foreign banks, FMCG’s and Representative/Liasion Offices in India. • Initially, we started as a hard-core group of professionals providing consultancy in the field of payroll, auditing, taxation, and legal matters. But gradually got into out sourcing business for foreign companies where we saw a value add through our skill sets. • Our team consists of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretary, Lawyers, Labour Law Experts and Management/Software consultants. • This is primarily to provide a single window service to our clients. This out sourcing work is covered out by us in our outfit in the name of M/s Megasoft Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. • Over the past decade, we have gained rich experience and achieved good and encouraging results.

Presently, we are providing services such as Tax related consultancy, consultancy for setting up and running of Liason / Branch offices of Foreign Airlines and companies in India, Payroll-Generation, Management of Employee Database, Ensuring Compliance of all Applicable Laws and related matters are some of the other allied activities covered out by our company. Representing our clients before various Government authorities such as Tax Authorities, PF authorities, Customs, Civil Courts and Tribunals is our forte..Since our major clients are Foreign Airlines we have gained specialized knowledge and skills for handling peculiar issues relating to Foreign Airline with specific to tax laws, Governmental approvals etc.

8. Spectrum of our services rendered for various Foreign Airlines operating in India ranges from:-i). Getting necessary approvals from Reserve Bank, other Government Authorities to help the Airlines to operate smoothly in India.ii). Setting up of salary structure keeping in view of local and international Tax Laws, both for local and expatriate staff.iii). Settling of all Contracts for and behalf of Airlines both within and outside India, affecting India operations.iv). Assisting Airlines in routine Accounting and MIS reporting to HO.v). Helping in processing of Data received from BSP into the accounting system of Airlines.

9. vi). Compliance on a monthly basis of all Tax Deductions at source and filing of statutory returns etc. and getting it assessed with Tax Authorities.vii). All Tax compliances for Expats, Airlines and deduction of taxes at source and timely deposit into Government Treasury.Ensuring compliances of Service Tax Rules & Regulations, as may be applicable to the airlines. viii). Remittances of Surplus Funds to the HO account of Airlines outside India.ix). Advising and appraising Airlines of various changes and amendments in various applicable laws.
