SnapShot Installation Instructions

1. SnapShot Installation Instructions Step 1: Click on the following URL http://sites.force.com/appexchange/apex/listingDetail?listingId=a0N300000016YhyEAE# Step 2: Choose the Environment - You will see a dialog box asking you if you want to install the application in Production or Sandbox. (Choose Production) Step 3: Log into the Salesforce Org you want to install SnapShot in Step 4: Check the box stating I have read and agree to the above terms Step 5: Click the red Install button Step 6: Enter your password of the Org you want to install SnapShot in Step 7: The package installation screen will appear. Click the red Continue button Step 8: On the first screen click Next Step 9: Then click on only allow Sys Admin and click Next Step 10: Click the install button. It should take a bout 2 to 3 mins to install. After 2 to 3 mins refresh your screen and then click on the Force.com drop down menu in the top right corner and select SnapShot Step 11: Click on the SnapShot button to load the application (you will be prompted to load a plugin and then you will see a progress bar) Note: you need Admin rights on your computer to load the plugin. Step 12: Once SnapShot loads click on the Support Menu (looks like a life preserver) and select the License Manager.
