The Ohio-Israel Agricultural Initiative of The Negev Foundation is a program dedicated to improving trade and technology ties between Ohio and Israel in the agriculture and food industries. We work with business, government, and academic entities and growers in both regions.
The objective of the Initiative is to • Foster greater collaboration between Ohio and Israeli government and research institutions, farmers, and companies • Expand commercial ties and market access in both regions • Identify agribusiness ventures based on new technologies • Develop joint R&D and educational activities
Our activities include: • Participating in tradeshows, conferences, meetings • Presenting training workshops • Organizing delegations – Trade, professional, educational • Promoting bi-national R&D • Sponsoring student internships
