Fleet Inventory • Information on current fleet • What kind of vehicles are in your current fleet? • Make/model/year/quantity/function • Type of fuel • Annual fuel usage in gallons • Total miles on the vehicle • Fuel economy • VIN numbers • Do you own or lease your fleet? • How do you purchase vehicles/set up lease agreements? • When do you typically replace your vehicles?

Fleet Conversion • Fleet expansion, replacement or re-power (conversion kit). • Info/specs needed on conversion kits or new vehicle. • Do you need fueling facilities or is there a near by station? • Do you want your own private station or share a public station? • Considerations: • What vehicles would you want to replace/convert, and at what rate? • How many vehicles will be replaced/converted? • * Every grant is different. For some – replacing or converting older vehicles is better, but some (such as DERA), it can’t be too old, but it can’t be too new.

Consider participating in our annual report if you are: Using or providing alternative fuels Taking measures to achieve petroleum reduction Cylinder deactivation Auto-air inflation system tires Low-rolling resistance tires Trailer aerodynamic packages More efficient or smaller vehicles Shorter or more efficient routes Rideshare program LCF will contact you in January for your annual data.
