  2. IMPLEMENTATION • ALL HYDRAULIC DESIGN STUDIES FOR BRIDGE AND CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECTS IN RURAL BASINS ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE EQUATIONS • HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING MANUALS WERE REVISED TO INCLUDE THE NEW EQUATIONS • A LINK WAS ADDED TO THE SCDOT INTERNET SITE FOR CONSULTANTS’ USE
